Septic Relief Now Inc.is a household product development, testing and sales company. Our management team has over 30 years of consumer products manufacturing, sales and product development experience. The process of consumer trial and error testing household products is exhausting, confusing, expensive, and time consuming. We felt that providing the consumer with products that we have developed and processed through our testing system would provide an additional layer of consumer product confidence and get us a little closer than most to the goal of 100% customer satisfaction. We offer only products we have tested and “actually work”. We believe this would be of great aid to the multitudes of people searching for the help, that they are desperate to find for their homes, but do not want to be stuck with their own trial and error testing. We develop and sell products that will provide the “best” results. We focus on home related products. Some of our products are proprietary formulations and some of the products we sell are contract manufactured for us by other companies using established ISO manufacturing guidelines. All of our products are made in the USA and are environmental, human and animal safe.

EVALUATION PROCESS

We use a combination of  focus group scoring which is an evaluation by our advisory board of certified professional field experts, microbiologists and chemical engineers and from random sampling  scoring of consumers who sign up to evaluate our products. This is an ongoing process. You are welcome to SIGN-UP for product evaluation testing through our Gold Club Membership. Study participants will need to follow a specific protocol and provide a written evaluation of the product tested. Products that are tested by our customers have already passed our focus group scoring. Products must receive a 90% approval from focus group scoring to move on to customer evaluation testing. Our Focus Group scoring is governed by ISO Guidelines and the EWG (Environmental Working Group). Random Sampling scoring of customer evaluations is based on a 3 category scoring parameter ultimately resulting in a (do not recommend, recommend, strongly recommend) final analysis. All do not recommend products are automatically eliminated from our review process. Final product selection is made by the management staff.
